Returns & Exchanges

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order, subject to eligibility.

Return Conditions

Products must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Have original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Show no signs of damage or alteration

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchange Process

Eligible exchanges will be processed after quality inspection and stock availability confirmation.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
